With room for eight to 12 people, our cooking classes are great fun and educational too. We have a couple of formats for you to choose from: a traditional class with hands-on opportunities, or a flavours class which explores the spices, herbs and other ingredients that make up a style of cooking. There is even a "black box" component where teams compete, with help from Chef Joel. All classes end with a dinner with wine for a lovely food experience.

And if you'd like your kids to learn to cook, why not take a parent/child cooking class, where youngsters from age 8 up can learn to feel comfortable in the kitchen.

Pears marinated in our special vinaigrette, with prosciutto and mixed greens
